(Editor’s Note: In our 5 QUESTIONS segment we like to feature upperclassmen who don’t normally get much attention or many headlines so that our fans can get to know some of the players who help make teams throughout South Jersey successful.)
The Oakcrest High girls basketball team began the year with a four-game losing streak, so coming into an early January matchup at Buena Regional, the Falcons really needed a win. Senior Zeriena Buckle stepped up with a couple of big baskets and rebounds to help lead her team to a 30-26 victory. Staff Writer Dave O’Sullivan caught up with Buckle following the victory to ask her a few questions.
