Marisa Napolitano School: Holy Spirit High School. Grade: Senior Hometown: Brigantine Parents: Tina and Michael Napolitano Number of years cheering: 12 High school achievements: cheerleading, softball, spirit committee, Spirit ambassador Community service: Field of dreams, Hoops for All, Dairy Queen miracle treat day, make sandwiches for rescue mission, Jeffrey S Ang Sr. Stars and Stripes fundraiser
College choices: Cabrini, Immaculata, Albright, York What I like most about cheerleading: It isn’t just a one person sport. I like that in cheerleading you have to work together as a team to make everything work out smoothly. If one person isn’t there, nothing can work out as planned. Luckily at Holy Spirit everyone always comes together as a team and works as one. At Spirit we are a bunch of sisters, we may bicker at practice but at the end of the day we all love each other. The person I admire the most is: I admire two very important people in my life. Both of my parents raised me and are always there for me no matter what. My mother is a very hard-working woman who can do anything she puts her mind to. She is also very intelligent and beautiful, but the best part about her is that she is a phenomenal cook! My father is also a very hard worker, he never stops! He goes to the gym regularly and is in excellent shape. I love both my parents equally and admire them so much even though they might not think I do. My most memorable sports moment is: Nov. 21, 2014, is a game I will never forget. Holy Spirit played Holy Cross before the state championship. Both teams were fighting so hard to win, but Holy Spirit pulled it out in the end, 54-36. The whole entire game everyone was on their feet cheering. Why my school is the best: Holy spirit is a school of great pride and value. We are a community of friends always willing to help one another out in our everyday lives. Spirit students always have each other’s backs no matter what. Everyone at spirit is active in one way or another.
